Welcome to Autumn

Filed under: Homework — mrweis @ 1:19 pm

The Autumnal Equinox is upon us. The equinox signals the end of the summer months. The amount of sunlight each day has been shortening since the Summer Solstice three months ago. The equinox is the point where nights reach the same length as days. After this point, the Sun will shine lower and lower on the horizon until the Winter Solstice about three months from now. Enjoy those sunny afternoons and evenings while we still have them!
